Refunds and Cancellation Policy

If a participant must withdraw prior to May 21, 2010, a full refund, less a $200 fee, will be made upon receipt of written request by May 21, 2010. After May 21, 2010, ART CONNECTS INTERNATIONAL, LLC (ACI) will retain the payment which has already been committed or paid to various agencies, except for a cancellation due to emergency medical reasons with written documentation by a doctor.

Trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended when you purchase your airline tickets. In the unlikely event that unforeseen circumstances make it impossible for ACI to carry out its program, a full refund of your tuition will be made. ACI will not be responsible for refund any amount beyond the amount it received from you, such as your air fare, etc.

ACI reserves the right to make any cancellations, changes or substitutions, either in cases of emergency or in the interests of the program.

ACI is under no obligation to give breakdown costs of the program.
