2010 Application for Admission

To apply for the 2010 program, follow the instructions below:

  1. Print out the 2010 Application for Admission (PDF), complete and sign the form.
  2. Print out the Waiver and Release Agreement (PDF), complete and sign the form.
  3. Print out the Refunds and Cancellation Policy (PDF), complete and sign the form.
  4. Include one passport-size photo for your University ID/Meal Card.
  5. Include a check for the total cost (see 2010 Cost Guide), payable to Art Connects International, LLC.
  6. Mail item 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 above to 10127 Villagio Palms Way, Unit 106, Estero, FL 33928, USA by April 30, 2010.
